The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the judicial district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of this website. By using this site, you submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for that purpose and waive any objection to proceedings in those courts on the grounds of venue, inconvenient forum, or applicable law.

The applicability of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded from these Terms.
